GLA:D® (Good Life with osteoArthritis: Denmark)
GLA:D® is a proven group exercise and education program specifically designed for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis, offering participants the chance to learn effective self-management techniques while exercising alongside others facing similar challenges. Research shows participants experience an average 36% reduction in pain, decreased reliance on medications, and improved joint confidence, all while building strength and developing the skills needed to stay active and manage their condition long-term.
Stay Standing
The Stay Standing falls prevention program draws upon the available falls prevention research to support safe independent ageing for older adults who live in the community.

Pricing & Funding
- Medicare: if your GP provides a Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) certain sessions can be subsidised.
- NDIS: we support self-managed participants.
- Private clients: transparent pricing including travel in the service area.
- Travel fees: included within the first 20km from Somerset; beyond that, a per-km travel charge applies.
